Click4Construction is building an alternative presence on-line with Attract Job board technology and implementation support from Evalica UK.  Andy Arnell, MD of Click4 sites is confident in the model he has for the market, he states "like many career recruiters we were looking for an edge in the marketplace, a niche that we could exploit and bring a soltuion for which would not break the bank at the same time".
