During the definition phase, the following project initiation documents are developed:

• Site Structure
  Tree-like list of sections and modules of the system with general functionality and interaction descriptions
  
  
• Design Brief
  Layouts, style, images, colors and fonts preferences, user experiences, etc.
  
  
• Functionality Specifications
  Detailed descriptions of system features and integration
  
  
• Project Plan
  Is created by Evalica^® Project Manager to define project scope, schedules and cost.
  

Evalica^® will end this phase by conducting technical and risk analysis along with all other planning activities required for next stage.
